Through our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Diversity Council, we ensure the interests and values of our employees are represented. Our BRGs are overseen by executive sponsors and comprised of regional chapters and advisory committees. To ensure an inclusive workplace from both an employee and operational perspective, we invest in diversity trainings and a supplier diversity program. Our diversity trainings are required for all employees globally, with specialized trainings on inclusive leadership and talent.
